PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This refurbished integrated Iron Grey 4800-743 POS lane with all its peripherals has been cleaned, tested, and refurbished by certified technicians. This will ship as a complete lane as you see pictured. It is the wide configuration. It comes with a 4800-743 base unit, 4820-5GN IR touch monitor, 4800-3120 keyboard, 4610-TG4 Printer, and 4800-4881 Cash Drawer with Till. Please see below for additional spec on the base unit. Software, operating system, and operating system licensing is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer post sale support for set or software related issues. We include 1-160GB HDD with the unit that has been tested and wiped. There is NO OS or Software included. Buyer is responsible for imaging hard drive. If you do not see it pictured, do not expect to receive it. We will ship each fully integrated lane via freight on a pallet to avoid damage during shipping. Orders for more than one unit may incur additional freight charges. Please inquire if you have questions in regards to freight.

WARRANTY: This is a final sale item. We offer a 60 day limited warranty against the moving parts in this terminal. This warranty does not include damage, accidental or not, caused by the buyer. It also does not include any software, OS, driver, or compatibility related issues. Our warranty only guarantees a replacement part or whole unit in the event a warranty claim is approved, not a refund. Buyer must notify the seller within the 60 day period of any issues to be eligible for replacement parts or terminal and buyer must receive a valid RMA# and authorization prior executing a warranty claim. Seller reserves the right to deny a warranty claim in the event damage is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, the mechanical parts inside or parts outside have been tampered with by the buyer, broken touch glass, liquid damage, smoke/fire, or electric shock damage or any other related issues caused by the buyer. Seller also reserves the right to request the unit be returned in original shipping condition and tested prior to any replacement given. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges in the event of a warranty claim.
