ECKOLD technique means cold forming, precise, chipless and with a minimum of noise. The same machines is used for bending profiles and forming sheets, for making new parts as well as repairs and sensitive final touch-up jobs. This intelligent technology is unique throughout the world.
The Eckold Handformer HF100 is a stationary machine with manual drive, replacing laborious hammer work when forming metal. It is suitable for shrinking and stretching metal sheets and profiles up to a thickness of 1.5mm (16 gauge). Compared to manual labor the Handformer is clean, quick, and quiet. The single stroke of the Handformer machine makes it possible to operate tools for notching, punching, and edging.
HF100CHK Kit includes HF100 Handformer, a set of FWA405SSP shrinker jaws assembly and FWR407SSP stretcher jaws assembly. Many other optional jaws are available. Please email us for optional jaw assembly prices.
