  • Condition: Although used, I don't believe this display was ever deployed in an actual POS environment. Unit was still wrapped in the plastic it was in when it was delivered and still has the static film cover over the display itself. Due to the rules, I am forced to sell this as a used item, which means my loss is your gain. I guess I should point out their is a little scratch in the protective film over the display. Of course, this will disappear once you remove that film. Interface plug is in perfect condition as well. Mounting hinge style bracket is very solid -- you know, like it would be if you just bought it. But again, as stated above, this unit is untested but appears as if it has never been actually put into use in a system. I cannot guarantee functionality of this unit but if I were a betting man, this looks promising. Please see pictures.

    J2 Retail Systems 225 - LCM 2x20 Character POS Customer Display
    The J2 225 supports an optional two line by twenty character mono color liquid crystal display module (LCM). This LCM display shows black characters on a white background for maximum visibility to the customer. The LCM supports a number of firmware emulations of popular customer displays which allows existing POS software to run without modification.
    PHYSICAL CONDITION:
    This display is in fantastic, nearly flawless... did I say MINT condition. Display is being sold as a previously used unit, but their are no clear signs of any previous usage with this display. No scratches or dents on the exterior. Screen is clean, clear and scratch free, and still has protective film covering it. Plug appears to be clean and undamaged as well. Please see pictures.
    FUNCTIONALITY:
    I have no means to test this display and as such, I am forced to sell as is, untested and with unknown functionality. I don't believe this unit has any previous use or has ever been connected to a POS system. I am quite confident buyer will be the first to deploy this display.
