Presently these are not functioning with the Sunmi APP Store.  We are working on getting them unlocked / released.  They are however, fully functional with the google play store.  If there is a specific app you need from the Sunmi store, this is not the product for you!    This will be re-revised once this is done.
No returns will be accepted for app related issues.  We will honor coverage for damaged and DOA product.
